About modification of the paragraph third Item 7 of the Regulations on single digital platform of the Russian Federation Gostekh

1. The paragraph third Item 7 of the Regulations on single digital platform of the Russian Federation Gostekh approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 16, 2022 No. 2338 "About approval of the Regulations on single digital platform of the Russian Federation Gostekh, on modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2015 No. 676 and recognition voided Item of 6 changes which are made to requirements to procedure for creation, development, commissioning, operation and conclusion from operation of the state information systems and further storage of information containing in their databases approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 11, 2017 No. 555" (Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 52, Art. 9610), to state in the following edition:
"The plan of creation and development of the state information systems on the Gostekh platform affirms presidium of the Commission.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
