About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2017 No. 67
Based on paragraph one of subitem 6.35 of Item 6 and part one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction on enforcement proceeding approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2017 No. 67, the following changes:
in part seven of the word "by a court decision in connection with economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" shall be replaced with words "based on determination of court about completion of liquidating proceeedings about bankruptcy of the debtor - the individual entrepreneur)";
in part eight of the word "by a court decision in connection with economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" and "in part one of article 232 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 415-Z "About economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" to replace respectively with the words "based on determination of court about completion of liquidating proceeedings about bankruptcy of the debtor-the individual entrepreneur" and "in article 219 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2022 No. 227-Z "About insolvency settlement";
to add Item 110 paragraph two after words of "property assessment" with words "(according to the appraisal report of property which is drawn up by the legal executive by results of independent assessment of distrained property)";
in part two of Item 145 of figure "10" to replace with figures "30";
state Item 155 in the following edition:
