About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the water protection zones and strips of the rivers and reservoirs No. 440/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 43, of the Art. 482), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Add Article 2 with concept of the following content:

"zone of recreation of water objects - the parcel of land located in borders of water object or its part, adjacent to the coast, which are used for rest of the population.".

2. Add Article 14 with part (8) the following content:

"(8) within coastal water preserving strips zones of recreation of water objects of national value in the procedure provided by the Government can be equipped and be placed.".

Art. II. - In the Law on green plantings of city and rural settlements No. 591/1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 133-134, 649), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Add Article 2 with concept of the following content:

"zone of recreation of water objects - the parcel of land located in borders of water object or its part, adjacent to the coast, which are used for rest of the population.".

2. Part (Article 20 to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "Provisions of this part are not applied to the zones of recreation of water objects of national value provided by the regulatory base accepted by the Government.".

Art. III. - (1) to the Government in 30-day time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.

(2) to Competent authorities of the public power to bring the regulations into accord with provisions of this law.
