Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of swimming and stay of the foreign warships and other national courts operated in non-commercial purposes, in the territorial sea, in internal sea waters, on naval bases, in stationing sites of warships and seaports of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 2, 1999 No. 1102 "About Rules of swimming and stay of the foreign warships and other national courts operated in non-commercial purposes, in the territorial sea in internal sea waters, on naval bases, in stationing sites of warships and seaports of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 42, the Art. 5030).

Changes which are made to Rules of swimming and stay of the foreign warships and other national courts operated in non-commercial purposes, in the territorial sea in internal sea waters, on naval bases, in stationing sites of warships and seaports of the Russian Federation
