About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 474/2014 about approval of the List of special means, types of firearms, ammunition and rules of their application

According to part provisions (7) article 4 of the Law No. 218/2012 on procedure for use of physical force, special means and firearms (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 254-262, 836), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 474/2014 about approval of the List of special means, types of firearms, ammunition and rules of their application (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, 517), with subsequent changes, to state the Section "National Penitentiary Administration Subordinated to the Ministry of Justice" to Art. No. 167-168, in the following edition:

"National penitentiary administration subordinated to the Ministry of Justice

1. Helmets, including anti-vandal, with viewing opening

1. Bludgeons

1. Satchels, covers, belts and multipurpose tactical vests

1. Automatic firearms, semi-automatic, with repeated or single queues

2. Bulletproof / shock-proof and splinterproof vests

2. Handcuffs, and also other devices and systems for immobilization

2. The sprayed substances

2. Short-barreled cut weapon (guns and revolvers)
