About introduction of amendments to the Law on physical culture and sport No. 330/1999
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (3) articles 34 and 34-1 of the Law on physical culture and sport No. 330/1999 (1999, 399), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 83-86, in the following edition:
"(3) the statistical data provided to National bureaus about the average monthly salary on economy in the year preceding year in which the corresponding payment is performed form the Basis for establishment of the size of lifelong benefit.".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in a month from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
