1. Appendix No. 1 to the Order of the CEO of Customs Service No. 56-O/2008 on approval of Regulations on customs clearance of the property moved through customs border of the Republic of Moldova with physical persons, and some standard forms (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 74-75, the Art. 211), with subsequent changes, registered in the Ministry of Justice No. 564 of 24:03. 2008, to add item 14-1 of the following content:

"14-1. In departure from subitem 2) of item 14 weapon and ammunition which can be imported, be available are not subject to obligatory written declaring and be used in the territory of the Republic of Moldova by persons accompanying official delegations at the level of heads of states or the governments, other foreign high-ranking officials using protection according to Art. 30 of h (1), (4) and (5) the Law on the mode of weapon and ammunition of civil appointment No. 130/2012, if the Customs Service was notified on it by Service of the state protection and its permission is got."
