About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 297/2017 about implementation of the Law No. 215/2011 on frontier of the Republic of Moldova

No. 76-80, 243), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 297/2017 about implementation of the Law No. 215/2011 on frontier of the Republic of Moldova (2017, Art. No. 155-161, 374), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 13-1 of the following content:

"13-1. The minimum control when crossing frontier, stipulated in Item 13, is performed based on lists and copies of the travel documents which are previously provided to Boundary police by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
