From Item 29 of the Regulations on supply of the natural gas approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 113/2019 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, the Art. No. 178-184, 912) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1449 of May 16, 2019 to exclude the second offer.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
