1. Approve offers of the State committee on ecology and environmental protection (further - Goskomecologies), Agencies on development of public-private partnership and Agency on management of the state assets about step-by-step implementation in regions of new model of public-private partnership when implementing activities in the field of the address with household waste.

At the same time according to the signed agreement on public-private partnership between the state partner - Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent, and also territorial subdivisions of the Agency on waste management and development of circular economy and the private partner:

a) state partner:

performs fixing to the private partner of the corresponding territories for rendering services in collection and export of household waste;
