About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather separate features of the organization of forced execution of judgments and decisions of other bodies during action of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes the vsleduyushchy laws of Ukraine:

1. In Item 6-1 of the Section IV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the bodies and persons performing forced execution of judgments and decisions of other bodies" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 29, Art. 535 with the following changes):

1) the first offer of subitem 3 to state in the following edition:

"3) scheduled and unscheduled inspections of activities of private contractors are not carried out, except the checks of private contractors provided by the subitem 9 of this Item concerning which there are doubts concerning the fact of implementation of the activities by them at office of the private contractor";

To add 2) with subitems 5-11 of the following content:

"5) the private contractor who stops the activities can be replaced with the private contractor performing the activities in other executive district except cases when the office of the private contractor which will perform substitution is located in the territorial community belonging to the territories in which active fighting is conducted or to temporarily occupied territories according to the list approved by the central executive body providing forming and realizes state policy concerning the territory of Ukraine which is temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation;

6) the private contractor having enforcement proceedings on execution can stop the activities based on Item 1 or 2 of part one of article 42 of this Law, on condition of the solution of question of the substitution by other private contractor. In that case the conclusion of the agreement on substitution of the private contractor by other private contractor is performed without approval of the claimant.
