About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1276/2018 about approval of procedures of access to measures for employment of the population

Based on the Law No. 105/2018 on assistance of employment of the population and insurance on unemployment (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 295-318, 448), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1276/2018 about approval of procedures of access to measures for employment of the population (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 38-47, 66), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 1 of the resolution to add 1) with subitem 4-1) of the following content:

"4-1) Procedure of certification of knowledge and the competences acquired within informal and informalny education according to appendix No. 4-1.";

In all text of appendices of the word "supplier of professional training" and "service provider of professional training" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words 2) "service providers on professional training" in the corresponding grammatical form;

3) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 7 (in the paragraph the second) to replace the words "can not exceed two weeks" with the text "cannot exceed 14 calendar days";

b) in Item 9 of the word "without education" shall be replaced with words "with primary or general secondary education";

c) in Item 11:
