RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND SOCIAL PROTECTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About recognition voided resolutions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2016 No. 30 and of January 24, 2018 No. 6

Based on paragraph one of subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2016 No. 30 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure and conditions of issue of the conclusions about possibility of involvement of foreign citizens or persons without citizenship and implementation of labor activity by the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship in the Republic of Belarus";

the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2018 No. 6 "About modification of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2016 No. 30".

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2023.
