No. 251-256, 511) DECIDES: the Government
1. Item 6 of the Order of the Government No. 668/2022 on creation and maintenance of reserve stocks of natural gas (2022, 305, the Art. 750) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
"6. To establish the amount of natural gas which is subject to storage as reserve stocks at the 45,6 level of one million CBM. Create reserve stocks at the established level till October 1, 2023.".
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Department of Energy.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
