About modification of the Order of the Government No. 127/2008 about measures for accomplishment of the Law No. 438/2006 on regional development in the Republic of Moldova
Based on article 13 of the Law No. 438/2006 on regional development in the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 21-24, 68), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Order of the Government No. 127/2008 about measures for accomplishment of the Law No. 438/2006 on regional development in the Republic of Moldova (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 34-36, 200), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
And in acceptance formula the text of "The law No. 438-XVI of December 28, 2006" to replace 1) in the name of the resolution with the text of "Law No. 438/2006";
2) in all text:
a) the words "National Regional Development Fund" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "National fund of regional and local development" in the corresponding grammatical form;
b) the text "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "body for development of policy of regional development" in the corresponding grammatical form;
c) the text "the Minister of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "the head of body for development of policy of regional development" in the corresponding grammatical form;
d) and the text "Strategy of regional development, the operating plan" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words the words "strategy of regional development and operating plan" in any grammatical form "The regional operational program" in the corresponding grammatical form;
e) the words "Action Plan" and "action plan" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The plan of accomplishment of the Regional operational program" in the corresponding grammatical form;
