About change of the founder of some educational institutions

Based on part (3) article 32 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, Items b) and e) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Transfer function of the founder from the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry to the Ministry of Education and Research concerning the following public organizations:

1) Public organization "Model Center of Gardening and Agricultural Technologies, Tsaul";

2) Public organization "College of Veterinary Medicine and Agrarian Economy, Bretushen";

3) Public organization "Agrarian and Technical College, Light";

4) Public organization "Agrarian and Technical College, Forty";

5) Public organization "Model Center of Wine Growing and Winemaking, Chisinau";

6) Public organization "Agro-industrial College, Ryshkan";

7) Public organization "Agro-industrial College of George Redukana", village Grineuts, district Oknitsa;

8) Public organization "Agro-industrial College, Ungen".

2. And their property to perform transfer of the public organizations specified in Item 1, according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

3. In appendix No. 3-2 to the Order of the Government No. 695/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 322-328, 797), with subsequent changes, to exclude the following line items:
