Article 1

Bring in article 20 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 324-FZ "About free legal aid in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 48, Art. 6725; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3459; No. 52, Art. 6962; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4217, 4272; 2015, No. 48, Art. 6724) following changes:

Part 1 to add 1) with Items 3.1 - 3.3 following of content:

"3. 1) the citizens passing (passing) military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the citizens who are (being) on military service (service) in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, in the military forming and bodies specified in Item 6 of article 1 of the Federal Law of May 31, 1996 to No. 61-FZ "About defense" on condition of their participation in special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region and (or) accomplishment of tasks by them on reflection of the armed invasion on the territory of the Russian Federation, during the armed provocation on Frontier of the Russian Federation and the border territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to areas of holding special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region being (being) on the specified territories serving (employees) of law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation, citizens, the carrying-out (performing) office and other similar functions in the specified territories, and also members of families of the specified citizens;
