add Item 15 with subitem 217-1) of the following content:
"217-1) approval of payment procedure, transfers of single payment, penalty fee on single payment and their distributions in the form of the individual income tax and social payments (except for compulsory professional pension contributions), penalty fee, and also their return determined by authorized state body in the field of social security;".
