About modification of the Regulations on the Representative for persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances

Make change to the Regulations on the Representative for persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2022 No. 511 "Some questions of accomplishment of the Law of Ukraine "On legal status of persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 39, of the Art. 2094), having added with its Item 10-1 of the following content:
"10-1. The representative has representatives who act on a voluntary basis.
The organization of activities and limits of powers of representatives of the representative are determined by Regulations on representatives of the Representative for persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances which affirm Minreintegration.
The representative can have advisers on a voluntary basis.".
