About modification of Item 25 of the Procedure for reimbursation of medicines

Make change to Item 25 of the Procedure for reimbursation of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2021 No. 854 "Some questions of reimbursation of medicines according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 67, of the Art. 4230), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"Information on category to which the patient is carried is entered by the attending physician of the patient in the register of medical records, records about the direction and recipes in electronic health care system by creation of record about clinical assessment before introduction of data on purposes of the plan of treatment.".
