attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from ten thousand to thirty thousand rubles; on officials - from thirty thousand to hundred thousand rubles; on legal entities - from two hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.

16. Distribution of advertizing on the Internet without the identifier of advertizing appropriated by the operator of advertizing data to the corresponding advertizing or violation of requirements to its placement in case of distribution of advertizing on the Internet -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from thirty thousand to hundred thousand rubles; on officials - from hundred thousand to two hundred thousand rubles; on legal entities - from two hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.

Non-execution by the operator of advertizing data of obligation on the transfer provided to it according to the legislation on advertizing of information on advertizing, widespread in the Internet, in the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in the field of mass media, mass communications, information technologies and communication or non-compliance with advertizing data of established procedure of interaction by the operator with the specified body, or provision of advertizing data by the operator in the specified body of incomplete, unreliable, irrelevant information, or violation by the operator of the advertizing these established requirements to the advertizing identifier, its content, procedure and terms of its assignment, storage and provision in the specified body -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials - from hundred thousand to two hundred thousand rubles; on legal entities - from three hundred thousand to seven hundred thousand rubles.";

4) in Article 23.48:
