Based on article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2007 No. 278-Z "About road transport and motor transportations", Item 2 of article 230 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus", and also for the purpose of ensuring control of transportation of goods with use of the innovative technologies providing remote control of movement of vehicles, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 129-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 25, 2020 No. 311 "About use of navigation devices (seals)":
in Item 1:
in subitem 1.2-1:
add part one with the paragraph of the following content:
"in case of identification of the vehicles specified in paragraphs second and third to part one of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 22, 2022 No. 247 "About movement of the vehicles", moving to violation of the specified resolution of prohibition established in Item 1 (further – the vehicles which broke prohibition) except for revealed on the Belarusian-Russian site of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus and decreasing from the territory of the Republic of Belarus through such site of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus.";
