Some questions of the organization of providing with social services in leaving and medical services of injured labor accident and occupational disease which need them

According to part three of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance" and parts seven of article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About social services" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization of provision of some social services in leaving and medical services injured with labor accident and occupational disease (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. Determine that:

injured with labor accident and occupational disease (further - the victims) which according to the medical certificate about capability to self-service and the need for assistance or according to the individual program of rehabilitation of person with disability (in case of its creation) determines the need for permanent foreign care and consumer services, social services in leaving taking into account results of assessment of needs of the victim for social services who is carried out according to the Law of Ukraine "About social services" are provided, and also medical services according to Bases of the legislation of Ukraine On health protection, the Law of Ukraine "About the state financial guarantees of medical attendance of the population" within the program of medical guarantees are provided to the victims concerning whom according to the specified medical certificate the need for special medical care is determined, in particular medical service in provision of mobile palliative care (in case of need);
