Some questions of checking of legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment in the conditions of warlike and emergency state

For the purpose of ensuring unity of measurements in the state in the conditions of warlike and emergency state the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that the positive results of periodic, extraordinary checking and checking after repair of legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment certified by print of the testing Tauri on such means or record with print of the testing Tauri of appropriate section of operational documents and/or which are drawn up by the certificate on checking of legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment which effective period expired during warlike and emergency state, acting:

in the territories which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation for warlike and emergency state and within three months after its termination or cancellation in the corresponding territories;

in the territories of active fighting within six months from the date of completion of fighting in such territories according to the list of the territories in which are conducted fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, the approved Ministry of development of communities and territories (was conducted) (further - the list);

in the territories of possible fighting within six months from the date of the termination of possibility of fighting in such territories according to the list.

2. Representation in actual fact of counters of water, gas, the electric power, heat meters in the territories which are included in the list is provided:

in the territories which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation within three months after the termination or cancellation of warlike and emergency state in the corresponding territories, but not earlier than day of the end of the heating period;

in the territories of active fighting within six months from the date of completion of fighting in such territories according to the list, but not earlier than day of the end of the heating period;
