1. Bring in Item 2 of the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of February 10, 2017 No. 122 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the register of persons responsible for introduction of medical products, active medical products of invitro implanted for diagnostics in the address, forms of messages, the list of data which are stored in it, and the mode of access to them", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 07, 2017 at No. 317/30185, the following changes:

In paragraph one of the word and figures "on April 10" shall be replaced with words 1) also in figures "on July 01";

In paragraph three of figure "12" to replace 2) with figures "15";

In paragraph four of figure "12" to replace 3) with figures "15".
