About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2016 No. 19
Based on Item part one 6, of Items 22 and 30 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and verification of information about candidates for the positions included in personnel registers and to the state positions, parts one of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for declaring of the income and property approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2022 No. 66, of Article part one 33, of part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2015 No. 305-Z "About fight against corruption" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2016 No. 19 "About declaring of the income and property by government employees and other categories of persons" the following changes:
"government employees and other categories of persons" to exclude from the name of the word;
exclude Item 2-1;
to be reworded as follows appendices 1-3 to this resolution (are applied);
in Regulations on procedure for test and storages of declarations on the income and the property approved by this resolution:
in Item 3:
in part three:
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"check filling in declarations on the income and property of all details, and also availability of the signature in it the obliged person, and in case of establishment of the facts of not filling and (or) in the absence of the signature in it the obliged person to return the declaration on the income and property for remedial action to declarations on the income and property of all necessary details;";
after part three to add Item with part of the following content:
"Acceptance of declarations on the income and property without inclusion of the text of interlinear notes in them is allowed.";
third parts one of Item 5 to add the paragraph with words ", at the same time the direction of declarations on the income and property without inclusion of the text of interlinear notes in them is allowed";
in part four of Item 11 of the word "public service" shall be replaced with words "the public civil service".
2. To republican state bodies in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
