RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2004 No. 3

Based on part two of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2003 No. 215-Z "About procedure and conditions of keeping of persons under guards", subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2004 No. 3 "About approval of Regulations of pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" the following changes:

from word preamble "paragraph two of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2003 No. 646 "About authority delegation to the Ministry of Internal Affairs on acceptance of separate regulatory legal acts"," to exclude;

in Regulations of the pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by this resolution:

Item 8 after the words "delivered in the pre-trial detention center" to add with the words "identifies the personality based on the identity documents attached to the personal record, or other documents or data certified properly in accordance with the established procedure";

in part two of Item 9 of the word "vessels, entered" shall be replaced with words "or the resolution (determination) of court, entered";

third of Item 16 after the word of "toilet" to add part with words "(including uses of safety razors)";

in Item 18 part one:

after the word "accessories" to add with the word "circle";

shall be replaced with words words of "the established sample" "on season";

in subitem 52.4 of Item 52:
