Bring in the Procedure for compensation for expenses, connected with the organization and tendering selling property of the taxpayer who is in tax pledge and payments of banking services for money transfer in the relevant budget approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2010 No. 1244 "Some questions of implementation of article 95 of the Tax Code of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, Art. 29; 2012, No. 77, Art. 3126), following changes:
in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the word "payment order" shall be replaced with words "payment instruction";
in paragraph three of item 4 of the word "payment orders" shall be replaced with words "payment instructions".
