Procedure for forming of the state social housing stock

1. The procedure for forming of the state social housing stock (further - the Procedure) determines process of forming of the state social housing stock of use.

2. The state housing stock of social use is created for the purpose of providing the needing citizens with premises.

3. The authorized state body in the housing sphere together with the ministries, departments, local executive bodies of the government and self-government institutions of settlements and dekhot within the republican, local budgetary funds and other sources of financing which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan creates the state housing stock of social use.

4. The ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government, self-government institutions of settlements and dekhot for forming of the state housing stock of social use represent the list of the premises which are available on their balance to authorized state body in the housing sphere.

5. Main sources of forming of the state housing stock of social use:

1) the premises built at the expense of means of utility and (or) republican, private commercial, non-profit organizations and donations;
