About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation

1. Add the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 11, 2015 No. 1219 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation and on change and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 47, the Art. 6586), subitem 5.2.36 (1) the following content:

"5.2.36 (1). the approximate list of actions for protection of objects of plant and animal life and the circle of their dwelling on condition of which accomplishment use of natural resources is performed;".

2. Realization of the power provided by this resolution is performed within the number of employees of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2023.
