About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2021 No. 700

For the purpose of ensuring protection of national interests of the Republic of Belarus and based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2021 "About application of special measures" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2021 No. 700 "About application of special measures concerning separate types of goods" the following changes:

1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Establish:

the inventory, coming from the unfriendly countries * prohibited to import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus and realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;

the inventory, occurring and (or) made (made) in the territory of the certain unfriendly countries prohibited to import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus and realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.

* For the purposes of this resolution the unfriendly countries are understood as the states included in the list of the foreign states making unfriendly actions concerning the Belarusian legal and (or) physical persons, No. 209 determined by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 6, 2022 "About the list of the foreign states making unfriendly actions concerning the Belarusian legal and (or) physical persons".";

1.2. add Item 3 with subitem 3.3 of the following content:

"3.3. the states withdrawn, arrested, confiscated or turned into the income otherwise within implementation of this resolution, – regarding sales of goods.";

1.3. in part two of item 4 of the word to "the prohibited goods" shall be replaced with words to "goods which lists are established by this resolution";
