About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of selection and training of prosecutors

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Paragraph two of part two of article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 49, Art. 2056; 2017, 50) to state Art. No. 7-8, in the following edition:

"Features of the organization of conducting special check concerning candidates for judgeship and the prosecutor are determined in compliance by the laws of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" and "About prosecutor's office".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About prosecutor's office" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 2-3, of Art. 12 with the following changes):

1) in part two of Article 8 of the word "two first deputies and deputies, and also" shall be replaced with words "the first deputy and no more than five deputies, including";

2) in Article 11 part one:

to add Item 3 after words of "district prosecutor's offices" with words of "prosecutors-trainees of district prosecutor's offices";

to add Item 8 after words of "district prosecutor's office" with words of "the prosecutor-trainee of district prosecutor's office";

Item 4 of part one of Article 13 to add 3) with the words "and training of prosecutors-trainees of district prosecutor's office";

Article 14 to add 4) with part three of the following content:

"3. Positions to which prosecutors-trainees of district prosecutor's offices can be appointed are determined from among vacant (temporarily vacant) positions in district prosecutor's offices";

5) in Article 15:
