1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of implementation between residents and nonresidents of payments with cash approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2022 No. 2433 "About approval of Rules of implementation between residents and nonresidents of payments with cash" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 1, the Art. 252).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

"2. Residents have the right to receive from nonresidents cash foreign currency and (or) cash of the Russian Federation in the amount which is due in accordance with the terms of the agreements in foreign trade (contracts) signed between residents and nonresidents and providing transfer to nonresidents of goods, accomplishment for them of works, rendering services to them, transfer to them of information and results of intellectual activities, including exclusive rights on them, and also due in accordance with the terms of agreements in foreign trade (contracts) as return of advance payment for not imported into the Russian Federation (uncollected in the territory of the Russian Federation) goods, outstanding works, not rendered services, not transferred information and results of intellectual activities, including exclusive rights on them, and (or) due in accordance with the terms of loan agreements in case of provision of loans by residents to nonresidents.".
