About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2019 No. 55
Based on subitems 10.7 and 10.30 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2019 No. 55 "About determination of structure and format of the notification on placement of goods in the customs control zone in the form of the electronic document" the following changes:
1.1. in preamble of figure "10.32" to replace with figures "10.30";
1.2. to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 30, 2023.
