The subitem "c" of Item 73 of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) on road transport, urban land electric transportation and in road economy, No. 1043 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2021 "About federal state control (supervision) on road transport, urban land electric transportation and in road economy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, Art. 5421; 2022, No. 40, of the Art. 6844) to state in the following edition:
