"14. When implementing accounting registration of earlier arisen rights to primary and secondary objects the cadastral passport of real estate object by the owner is not submitted. The state technical inspection when carrying out systematic registration is performed gratuitously by The Government for Citizens State corporation to which competence the state technical accounting in the location of real estate object is referred.".
2. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
