According to article 333.31 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed amount of the state tax for making of actions by Federal assay chamber.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 21, 2005 of N35 "About the Amount of the State Tax for Making of Actions by Authorized Public Institutions when Implementing Federal Assay Supervision" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 4, the Art. 306).

3. This resolution becomes effective after month from the date of its official publication.
