1. Approve Regulations on procedure for position assignment, dismissal and certification of heads of the state educational organizations of primary and secondary professional education of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of system of primary professional education" of April 25, 2003 No. 245 the following changes:
in the Standard regulations on the educational organizations of primary professional education approved by the above-stated resolution:
- Item 2 in paragraph three "(complete)" to exclude the word;
- in Item 5 of the word of "the certificate on the state accreditation" shall be replaced with words "certificates on accreditation";
- in Item 6 of the word "authorized body of management of primary professional education" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the fields of education and sciences";
- in Item 9 of the word of "authorized body of management of primary professional education" in different cases shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the fields of education and sciences" in the corresponding cases;
