1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2014 No. 508 "About approval of Rules of carrying out educational work with convicts to imprisonment" (No. 9729) the following amendments is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 11, 2014:

Rules of carrying out educational work with convicts to imprisonment, approved by the specified order:

add with the head 12, of the following content:

"Chapter 12. Approval of candidates for convicts for implementation of care of convicts with disability of the first group and control of their activities.";

add with Items 84, of 85, of 86, of 87, of 88, of 89, of 90, 91 and 92 following of content:

"84. The convict with disability of the first group in case of need of implementation of care of it writes the request in form according to appendix 26 to these rules addressed to the chief of organization for review of the candidate from among convicts for implementation of care of it.

85. As persons performing care of convicts with disability of the first group convicts are allowed:

- having positive degree of behavior;

- containing on the facilitated serving sentence conditions;

- not having medical contraindications for implementation of care of convicts with disability of the first group provided by subitems 2) and 3) of Item 3 of article 172 of the Social code;

- the organizations living in one group with person with disability of the first group.

86. The candidate of the convict, as person performing care of the convict with disability of the first group is determined on commission session, approved as the chief of organization, within three working days from the date of receipt of the written request.
