2. To heads of the state bodies which are part of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service and also law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication and extends to the relations which arose since January 1, 2023.
