About approval of the Regulations on the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources

In pursuance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 17, 2007 the Cabinet of Ministers decides NPP-568 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of the Organization of Exploration Works and Activities of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Geology and Mineral Resources":

1. Approve Regulations on the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 25, 2004 N139 "About Measures for Enhancement of Activities of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Geology and Mineral Resources" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, N 3, the Art. 34);

Item 16 of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 1, 2005 N95 "About Modification and Amendments in Some Decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, Art. N3-4, 19).

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shaismatov E. R.
