About entering of amendments into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2020 No. 428 "About some questions of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2020 No. 428 "About some questions of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:

in Regulations on the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

in Item 15:

add with subitem 8-1) of the following content:

"8-1) approval of the list of the obligatory services rendered by subjects of natural monopolies and the quasi-public sector within protection of the competition and restriction of monopolistic activities;";

add with subitems 44-2) and 44-3) of the following content:

"44-2) approval of the list and amounts of goods, works, services, and also the list of the state companies of organizations of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system at which such goods, works, services are acquired, approved by the central executive body performing management of system of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

44-3) approval of the list of separate types of goods, the works, services which are purchased from public associations of persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) the organizations created by public associations of the persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan making and (or) delivering goods, performing works, rendering services, the population determined by authorized body in the field of social protection;";

add with subitems 84-2) and 84-3) of the following content:

"84-2) carrying out the functional analysis of activities according to method of carrying out industry (departmental) functional reviews of the activities of state bodies approved by authorized body in the field of development of system of public administration;

84-3) carrying out digital transformation;".
