62. The analysis of intensity of navigation on navigable sites inland waterways is carried out by authorized body together with the company of authorized body of times in five years.
63. The analysis of intensity of navigation is carried out based on data on the planned routes of transportation and routes of transportation of goods and the passengers presented by the navigable organizations.";
