Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on issue of special permission to special use of forest resources (the lesorubny ticket) electronically;
Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on issue of the certificate of origin of forest products and the timber made of them electronically.
3. Determine the coordinator of the pilot project Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources, participants - the State agency of forest resources, the Ministry of digital transformation, permanent forest users and owners of the woods.
4. Determine that:
the realization of the pilot project is enabled due to the international technical assistance within the USAID/UKaid "Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services/TAPAS" project, registration card of the project 3519 (including all subsequent modifications);
