Part 1 of Article 3.9 after words of "emergency rule" to add 1) with words ", the mode of warlike situation";

"Article 20.5.1. Violation of the mode of warlike situation

1. Violation of the provisions established according to the Federal constitutional Law of January 30, 2002 No. 1-FKZ "About warlike situation", the Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation concerning warlike situation if these actions (failure to act) do not contain penal act, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens in the amount of five hundred to one thousand rubles or administrative detention for a period of up to thirty days; on officials - from one thousand to two thousand rubles or administrative detention for a period of up to thirty days.

2. The actions (failure to act) provided by part of 1 this Article, made with use of the vehicle -

attract imposing of administrative penalty on citizens in the amount of five hundred to one thousand rubles with confiscation of the vehicle or without that or administrative detention for a period of up to thirty days with confiscation of the vehicle or without that; on officials - from one thousand to two thousand rubles with confiscation of the vehicle or without that or administrative detention for a period of up to thirty days with confiscation of the vehicle or without that.";

3) in paragraph three of part 3 of Article 23.1 of the word "Articles 19. 20.1 - 20.3.4, 20.6.1," shall be replaced with words 34, "Articles 19. 34, 20.1 - 20.3.4, 20.5.1, 20.6.1,";

Part 1 of Article 27.2 to add 4) with Item 20 of the following content:

"20) officials of law-enforcement bodies (police), boundary bodies, the military personnel and employees of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, the military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in case of identification of administrative offenses, stipulated in Article 20.5.1 of this Code, - to the office of law-enforcement body (police), the office of the troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, the office of military unit, the office of public authority or body of military management providing the mode of warlike situation, premises of local government body of the rural settlement or to other office.";

Part 1 of Article 27.3 to add 5) with Item 14 of the following content:

"14) officials of law-enforcement bodies (police), boundary bodies, the military personnel and employees of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, the military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation - in case of identification of administrative offenses, stipulated in Article 20.5.1 of this Code.";

6) in Article 27.5:

a) regarding 1 word "provided by parts 2 and 3 of this Article" shall be replaced with words "provided by parts 2 - 3.1 these Articles";

b) add with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. Person concerning whom proceeedings about administrative offense are conducted, stipulated in Article 20.5.1 of this Code, in case of need for identification or for clarification of circumstances of administrative offense it can be subjected to administrative detention for the term of no more than 48 hours if other is not established by the presidential decree of the Russian Federation according to the Federal constitutional Law of January 30, 2002 No. 1-FKZ "About warlike situation".";

Part 1 of Article 27.13 after figures "11.26, 11.29," to add 7) with words "part 4 of Article 11. 33,";

8) in Article 28.3:

a) in part 2:
