Article 1

Bring in part third of article 15.2 of the Federal Law of July 19, 1997 No. 109-FZ "About safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 29, Art. 3510; 2021, No. 1, Art. 61; 2023, No. 12, Art. 1880) following changes:

Article 2

"Article 16. Prevention of negative impact of pesticides on bees

1. For the purpose of prevention of negative impact of pesticides on bees holding the actions directed to preserving bees according to this Federal Law and the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals is performed.

2. The physical persons and legal entities performing beekeeping, and the population of the settlements located at distance to 7 kilometers from borders of lands and the parcels of land for whom use of pesticides is planned are beforehand informed on use of pesticides.

3. Information on use of pesticides shall contain the following data:

1) names of the pesticides planned to application;
