"17) physical persons - for the certificate of the power of attorney on representation of interests in courts, the state and municipal authorities, the organizations when rendering free legal aid to them according to the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 324-FZ "About free legal aid in the Russian Federation" and the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation.".
