About modification of article 129 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Item 13) article 129 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to add with the subitem g) the following content:

"g) ensuring execution of Item f) parts (2) articles I of the Law No. 51/2022 on establishment of some measures of support of activities of peasant farms and introduction of amendments to the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489/1999.".

Art. II. - (1) In departure from part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) In departure from Item provisions 13) article 129 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 and Item f) parts (2) articles I of the Law No. 51/2022 on establishment of some measures of support of activities of peasant farms and introduction of amendments to the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489/1999, the amount of the tax liabilities in the amount up to 100 lei inclusive which is not paid on the date of entry into force of this law is not considered shortage in the national public budget.
