About modification of some regulations (assistance of business activity)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (Article 69-7 of the word "with the annex of the declaration on the income tax according to the income from independent activities" to exclude 3).
2. In part (Article 123-3 the word "Sale" shall be replaced with words 3) "Retail sale".
3. In part (Article 262-1 the word "realization" shall be replaced with words 3) "retail sale".
Art. II. - Article 24 of the Law on enforcement of Sections I and II of the Tax code No. 1164/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to add with part (37) the following content:
"(37) In departure from part provisions (4) article 69-12 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 the declaration on the income tax of the physical persons performing independent activities in 2023, for the period activities from January 1 to June 30, 2023 moves no later than July 25, 2023.".
Art. III. - The note to appendix 2 to the Law on customs tariff No. 1380/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes to add with Item 16 of the following content:
"16. Collection for implementation of customs procedures of export does not assess the goods sent by the international mailings which customs value does not exceed 1000 euros.".
