About approval of the Declaration on the income tax and the Declaration on property status of the government employee

According to article 197 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Declaration forms on the income tax and the Declaration on property status of the government employee.

2. Determine that the government employee represents the Declaration on the income tax to tax authorities at the place of residence in the following cases:

- in case of revenues to public service;

- annually no later than April 1 of the year following reporting.

3. To represent the declaration on property status of the government employee in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. To management of public service in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of state revenues and charges of the Republic of Tajikistan in two-month time to develop and approve the Instruction about procedure for filling of the above-stated Declarations.
